2023 HLA Junior Lifeguard Leadership Challenge

The 2023 Hawaiian Lifeguard Association Junior Lifeguard Leadership Challenge is in the books; the event held in Waikīkī is the culmination of the 2023 Hawai’i Beach and Aquatic Safety Week. The new format focuses on bringing together the top participants from each island to compete in a mixed island team challenge to showcase skill, teamwork and camaraderie amongst the junior guards and instructors.⁣ ⁣
